The short version
Made for your screens, not for resale.
Each edition is a limited release, and your license is what keeps it that way. Enjoy it everywhere you look. Just keep the files to yourself.
You can
- Set the artwork as your wallpaper, lock screen or screensaver on every phone, tablet, laptop and monitor you personally use.
- Use it on your own work computer, as long as the screen is yours.
- Keep backups of your files and move them to new devices whenever you upgrade.
- Post photos or videos of your setup on social media. Credit ALL-MIAMI and we'll happily share it.
- Crop or resize the files to fit an unusual screen or a multi-monitor setup.
You can't
- Resell, share, gift or give away the files, either on their own or in packs and bundles.
- Upload them to wallpaper sites, apps, Discord servers or shared cloud folders.
- Use the artwork commercially, for example in merch, prints for sale, ads, branding or client work.
- Redistribute edited versions, mint the artwork as NFTs, or use it to train AI models.
- Remove credits or present the artwork as your own creation.

Personal License Agreement
By purchasing or downloading any ALL-MIAMI artwork, you agree to the terms below. They apply to every edition, including Premium and Gold Deluxe mystery pieces, and work the same way in every country we sell to.
01 Grant of license
ALL-MIAMI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to download, store and display the purchased artwork on devices you personally own or use, for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
02 Ownership & copyright
You're buying a license to use the artwork, not the artwork itself. All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property in every ALL-MIAMI design remain the property of ALL-MIAMI.
03 Permitted use
You may use the files as wallpapers, lock screens and screensavers, keep personal backup copies, crop or resize them to fit your displays, and share images of your own setup on social media with credit to ALL-MIAMI.
04 Restrictions
You may not sell, sublicense, share, distribute or publicly host the files in their original or modified form. You also may not use the artwork for any commercial purpose, register it as a trademark, mint it as a digital token, or use it to train machine-learning models.
05 Delivery & access
Download links are sent right after checkout. Save your files somewhere safe once they arrive. If a link expires or a file goes missing, contact us with your order number and we'll help you get it back.
06 Refunds
Because digital files are delivered instantly, digital sales are final. If a file arrives damaged, incomplete or different from its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll replace it or refund you. Refunds go back to your original payment method in the currency you paid in. Customers in the EU and UK: when you buy a digital edition, you ask us to make the files available right away, and you agree that your right of withdrawal ends once the download is available to you.
07 Termination
This license ends automatically if you break any of these terms. If that happens, you must stop using the artwork and delete every copy in your possession.
08 Commercial & custom licensing
Want to use ALL-MIAMI artwork for a venue, a brand collaboration, a stream or merchandise? Contact us. Commercial licenses are available case by case.
09 International customers & governing law
Your license is the same wherever you buy it. Depending on your market, prices are shown and charged in your local currency (for example EUR, GBP, CAD or AUD) or in U.S. dollars, and the currency you pay in is always shown at checkout. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. If you shop from outside Canada, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live.

Licensing FAQ
Real questions, straight answers.
Can I share a wallpaper with my partner or family?
Each license covers one person's devices. If someone else wants the artwork on their own phone or computer, they'll need their own copy. That's what keeps each edition limited and supports the artists behind it.
How many devices can I use it on?
As many as you personally use: your phone, tablet, laptop, desktop and every monitor in your setup.
Please note: files may not be compatible with your device. Check your screen's resolution and supported image formats before you buy.
Can I post my setup on Instagram or TikTok?
Absolutely. Photos and videos of your own screens and desk are welcome. Please credit ALL-MIAMI. Just don't post the raw, full-resolution files for others to download.
Can I print the artwork?
The personal license covers screens only. If you'd love a piece on your wall, get in touch and we'll let you know about print options.
I lost my files. What now?
First, check your order confirmation email for the original download link. If it has expired, contact us with your order number and we'll send your files again.
Do the mystery pieces have the same license?
Yes. Premium and Gold Deluxe Mystery artworks follow the same personal license as every other piece in the edition.
I'm outside the US. Does anything change?
Only the currency. Prices are shown in your local currency where it's available, and the license, files and download work exactly the same. Any refund goes back in the currency you paid in, and your local consumer rights always apply.
