05 · Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, in the same currency you paid in. Depending on your bank or card provider, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Once a refund is issued, the download license for that edition is revoked.
06 · Worldwide
We sell in local currency across Europe, the UK, Canada, Australia and more. This policy applies the same way in every market.
Questions
For eligible issues, yes — we're happy to exchange for another edition of equal value while it's still available.
No refund needed — just reply to your order confirmation email and we'll resend your files.
Your purchase is reserved. A sold-out edition never affects files you've already bought — we'll always deliver a working copy or refund you.
The same amount, in the same currency you paid in. If your bank converts it to another currency, its exchange rate on the day of the refund applies.
If only part of a bundle is affected, we'll replace or refund the affected pieces at their proportional value.
