This Privacy Policy explains how All-Miami ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit our store, purchase our products, or otherwise interact with us.
By using our store, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.
We sell to customers in Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia and other countries and regions. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where they apply to you, the privacy laws of your country, such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, Australia's Privacy Act 1988 and U.S. state privacy laws like the CCPA.

Information collected automatically

- Country and currency preferences — the country or region we detect from your IP address or that you choose, so we can show local prices and the right checkout options.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 04 below.
Payment information
Card and payment details are entered directly into our payment providers' secure systems. We don't receive or store your full card number.
03
How we use it
- Delivering your products — processing payments, sending order confirmations and download links, and shipping physical orders to your address.
- Local prices and international orders — showing prices in your local currency, calculating taxes such as VAT or GST, and preparing the customs information carriers need for cross-border shipments.
- Customer support — answering questions and resolving issues with orders or products.
- Marketing, with your consent — announcing new products, offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- Improving the store — understanding how visitors browse so we can make the experience better.
- Security and compliance — preventing fraud, protecting our products from unauthorized use and meeting legal obligations.
Legal bases (EU and UK customers)
If you're in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we process your information because we need it to fulfil our contract with you (your order), because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving the store securely, because the law requires it (tax and accounting records), or because you've given your consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
04
Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the store running, remember your cart, understand how the store is used and, with your consent where required, measure our marketing.
- Essential cookies — needed for the cart, checkout, account login and remembering your country and currency.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand traffic and improve pages.
- Marketing cookies — help us show relevant products on other platforms.
Where the law requires it, for example in the EU and the UK, we ask for your consent before setting analytics or marketing cookies, and you can change your choice at any time.
You can also manage or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the store, like checkout, from working.
05
Sharing
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with partners who help us run the store, and only as far as they need it:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout.
- Payment processors that handle your transactions and currency conversion securely.
- Shipping carriers and customs brokers that deliver physical orders and clear them through customs in your country.
- Email and analytics providers that send our newsletters and measure store performance.
- Authorities or advisors, when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or products.
International transfers
Because we serve customers in many countries, your information may be processed in Canada, the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Canada is recognized by the European Commission and the United Kingdom as offering adequate protection for personal information. For other transfers out of the EU, the UK or Australia, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Information stored in another country may be subject to that country's laws.
06
Retention & security
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide your products, support you and meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections at checkout. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
07
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
- Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and request a portable copy of your data.
- File a complaint with your local privacy regulator, for example the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, your EU data protection authority, the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 09. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we'll reply within the time the law where you live requires, which is one month for requests from the EU and the UK.
