Personal Use License
By purchasing or downloading any All-Miami digital artwork, you agree to the terms below. They apply to every volume, edition and mystery piece.
01 Grant of license
All-Miami grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. The license belongs to you, the purchaser, and can't be assigned or transferred to anyone else.
02 Permitted use
You may display the artwork as a wallpaper, lock screen or screensaver on any number of devices you personally own or use. You may resize or crop it to fit your displays, and share photos or screenshots of your setup on social media for non-commercial purposes.
03 Restrictions
You may not share, sell, resell, sublicense, upload or distribute the original files or any modified version of them. You may not use the artwork on physical products or prints, in advertising, logos, branding or client projects, or as data for training machine learning or AI models. You may not remove or claim authorship of the artwork.
04 Ownership & copyright
All artwork remains the intellectual property of All-Miami. Your purchase grants a license to use it. It does not transfer ownership or copyright. All-Miami™ and the artwork titles are trademarks of All-Miami.
05 Limited & mystery editions
Premium and Gold Deluxe mystery pieces are covered by this same personal license. Their collectible value relies on limited circulation, so sharing or reposting the original files is strictly prohibited.
06 Digital delivery & refunds
Files are delivered instantly after purchase, so digital sales are generally final. If a file is missing, corrupted or doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll make it right.
07 Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach any of its terms. If that happens, you must stop using the artwork and delete every copy of the files in your possession.
08 Commercial licensing
Commercial use, brand collaborations and print rights are available separately and only with written permission from All-Miami. Reach out before using any artwork outside personal use.

Licensing, answered
How many devices can I use my wallpapers on?
As many as you personally own or use: your phone, tablet, laptop, desktop and work machine. The limit is on who uses them, not how many screens.
Please note: the files might not be compatible with your device. Screen sizes, aspect ratios and operating systems vary, so some artworks may be cropped, scaled or display differently on certain devices. Check the included resolutions before you buy.
Can I share a wallpaper with a friend or partner?
Each license covers one collector. If someone loves your setup, send them our way. Every drop is priced so everyone can own their own copy.
Can I post my setup on Instagram or TikTok?
Yes. Photos and screen recordings of your devices are welcome, and we'd love a tag. Just don't post the full-resolution files for download.
Can I print the artwork as a poster?
The personal license is for screens only. The files are optimized for displays, and print rights are handled separately as part of commercial licensing.
Does the license expire?
Never. It's a one-time purchase and the license lasts for as long as you follow the terms. There are no subscriptions and no renewals.
